at least the guy has been honest and open enough to change his ebay listing - it's a nice looking bike.  Ji my young fella had the 125K - absolutely beautiful bike!!!!

Yes he changed it but only to say that "I have been told that the Engine number 56A-006819 is not the original engine"
The engine is a 1985 engine in a 1983 frame. This makes it unable to race in Pre 85. To me a person that beleives what others tell him to be true I am upset when I get the bike home only to discover this mismatch. And when I try and reverse the deal the seller always tells me "tuff luck".

Don't other people with bikes spend ten minutes googling their pride and joy to find out a little about it, or do they know about the mismatch and it is "Buyer Beware"

I would love a K and a L. I have tried to purchase all the Ks and Ls that have been for sale on ebay this year but none that I have found have had matching numbers that fit their year so far. I bid on one two weeks ago which promted me to seek a trucking company to transport said YZ125 K but then found out that the very original K had a H engine. This is okay if you are just after a paddock thrasher and do not intend racing and or restoring the bike but I spend a lot of money and time on all my bikes so they are back to show room condition before I race them. I find it very disapointing when I discover this mismatch in minutes of it landing in my yard while the previous owner had the bike for years but some how never knew.
