xs650/750 kickers fit on the splines and appear to have the correct offset to clear frames and footpegs but can adjusted with a heat torch if need be

dt,rd,xv any model 250 plus cc seem to have the same size kicker shaft so theres lots of options for "specials" on models up to the early 80's

I bought an RZ350 kick start lever and boss to run on my DT2.  The splines inside diameter are too small to run on the DT2 kick shaft.  I believe the DT2 shaft is the same as the SR/XT/TT500.  I want to retain the RZ lever as it will clear the footpegs better, but I need to find a boss (like an XT500 item) to put the RZ lever on.
My point is that not all 250cc+ kick start lever will fit.
Also, if anyone has an XT500 or similar kick starter boss they would like to sell to me, I'd be interested.

Yes, RZ was early eighties but had virtually the same bottom end as the RD's.

All of the AT1, CT1, DT1, RT1 type bikes have the right spline.
All of the MX and DT250/360/400s have the right spline.
All of the early YZ250/360/400s with the pinch-bolt in the lever have the right spline.
All of the early IT250/400s with the pinch-bolt in the lever have the right spline.
The early type (single cam) XT250s have the right spline.

I'm sure that there are others, but those ones I know.

I can't talk sensibly about whether they'll clear the frame, except to say that I'm pretty sure an AT1 or CT1 lever will NOT clear.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
