I need a couple of spokes...
« on: March 31, 2008, 08:37:14 pm »
actually about 8 to be exact  :-\ 5 outers and 3 inners from any one of the following..none of which I have in stock except the 400 and that's what I need em' for :(

PE250B/C/N, RM250A/B/C/C2,RM370A/B, RM400C

they don't need to be new or even near new just so long as they are servicable.

I'll eventually replace the whole lot with a kit but for now I need to save my pennies for a coming event  8)

oh..please and thank you in advance for any leads or spokes  ;)

whooops..rear wheel I meant!..thanks gorby  ;)

I'm going to have a look at DR500 and other I have here today..with spokes sold in kits only cross reference is limited but I'm sure there's other models out there that ran the same length on at least one side.

Which hub are you running ? early or later model  .   The early model ran a Dr 400 hub = PE sprockets  ;)

If you have no luck with spokes , let us know and I will bring a DR 400 complete rear up . Straight fit  :)

No worries Oldfart. I've converted the DR brake hub to suit the stock RM cable and pissed off my offending rod setup that was interfering with the kickstart for years ;) The DR wheel is by far a better thing than the RM wheel and rather than have probs have decided to retain it..not original but it looks and works better and all works well together..will do until such times as I restore the ol' girl and redo the original wheels. The pressure to locate affordable parts is off..thank God! ;) amazing how you make do with something for 10 years but then all of a sudden it isn't good enough  :D If it wasn't for CD5 she'd still be covered in dust..just needs a splash of paint and Bob's me uncle ::)
