1979 1980 and 1981 RM100's use the same rear wheel. The axle adjusters and spacers are different. I have a set of Buchanon Stainless spokes (new) and a new aftermarket rim if that is a start?

Hi Rocket,

I will keep it in mind, although finding a hub is still the issue, and thanks i can now see that the RM100's wheel is similar except the Rim is 1.85 rather than the 125's rim of 2.15, what width is your rim?

There is a couple of wheels on evil bay USA except they both have slight damage to the inner brake drum area.
I would not have thought that they would be so scarce.

Thanks Mark.

Broken Sprocket lugs make them scarce as well. Could you clean up the drum with a skim on the lathe?

Thanks Rocket,

1.85 it is.

Both the USA wheel's i am looking at have the casting damaged, the internal ring / seal that meshes up with a similar ring on the brake
backing plate, this stops water getting onto the brake pads.

I know it's not a big deal, its just if i am going to spend $250 i thought i could get a damage free hub.

I have also today found one in Australia $260  :'(  Rusty spokes, do you know anyone with spokes…..

Regards Mark

Various places will manufacture individual spokes if you only require a few. Usually they are supplied with a new nipple for around $3 each.
