Some new classes could be created for electric machines but you wouldn't call them vintage.

Is there a rule that excludes electric bikes in VMX ? With period technology of course . With only 3-4 lap races the battery capacity does not have to be big . I could build a beauty full sidecar with low gravity and great weight distribution , heaps of torque  and  great engine braking .Any thoughts?
you could only use lead cell batteries Wal. :D
ps I have thought of the above design for a Road Race outfit.
