You should buy that Jim - you'll only need to buy three #4's for the number plates ;D

If you think about it, that's an early prototype of the SexMax...

Yes and just as illegal.  Is there any Evo legal bikes that used the Rotax's motor.  The 84 KTM had single shock rear end and the Can AM Sonic had a disc brake.  Unless the assembler of this bike was/is a manufacturer it is not OEM.

Why would this bike not be Evo class legal ? An '82 Can Am Sonic came from the factory with a 500cc  Rotax motor, front and rear drum brakes and twin shocks.

My apology the only Can Am Sonic I have seen had a front disc brake.

So the Can Am Sonic is EVO legal.  The only one I have seen has a disc brake, so not standard.
