Marzocchi Front Fork Parts

   Can any one tell me where I can get some Bushes for  Marzocchi front forks..

   Slider and Leg bushes for 41.7 and 40

   Slider bushes fit to the botom of the Slider ..

    Leg bushes fit just below the seals .

  Off a KTM 1982 to 1984  Normal forks
And Please forgive me as I cant Spell for Shit ...
And I have very Bad Gramer ...too I been told ......

  still in Need of Fork Bushes

     Top Bushes in leg Both 40mm and 41.7

You can buy bronze bush that close to size at the bearing center and then machine to correct size. You may need to ream the last bit. 
Current bikes. KTM MC 250 77 Husky CR 360 77, Husky 82 420 Auto Bitsa XR 200 project. Dont need a pickle just need to ride my motorcickle

you can forget about Marzocchi bushings .

i had a friend who had the same problem with his 40 mm KTM forks

i did a little searching on Google and found that a few Yamaha road bikes had 40 mm Kayaba
forks with upper bushings in the fork slider ( V Max and a few others )
i never ordered some at the dealer so i could not compare dimensions .

the Yamaha part number is 3JJ-23125-00 . you might have to machine the slider to accept the Kayaba bushing .
 
if you go this route please let us know how it did work out
