1979 CR 250 Honda RZ brake pedal bushings.
« on: August 19, 2013, 01:00:34 pm »
I urgently need 2 Honda brake pedal bushings, part #46512-360-300 (Part #12 in the below diagram) to fit a '79 CR250 RZ or 1980 RA. I can probably get them from the USA but I need them by next weekend. Can new ones be sourced here in Oz or can someone supply me with a used pair?  Please :-*

It's little thing like this that I miss being retired. I could have knocked 'em up out of Teflon in 10 minutes at work. I'll duck over to Franks tomorrow and get him to do 'em. I thought they might be a common old thing available at any Honda dealer but then I realised 1: Honda are hopeless and 2: there are no Honda dealers near here.

Try your local bearing supplier ask for a 2 x glacier bush with a flange. about $5 each, they worked on my 125RZ. NSW bearing supplies at fairfield will do it. They have a 1mm wall thick ness, you may have to trim them with a thin blade...
