[Warm your cases in the oven - the bearings will fall out.

Yep, hasn't failed yet.
Use an oven or oxy and they will fall out under thier own weight.
Thin wall needle rollers don't have enough weight to fall out so you will need to hook behind them to pull them out.
The bearings often fall out of the cases while I am welding them.

My mig is a good bearing remover completly stuffed bearing run a line of weld and bingo bearing falls out better on tapered bearing cups stuckfast but can be made to work on ball races as well as long as ball are out and centre out just a line in ball groove and out they drop.
