215, I don't think Pivot Works make a kit for the early RM's but All Balls do. So far as I can tell the genuine parts are still available from Suzuki. If you wish to try a bearing supplier for the bearings the size is 17X24X20mm but the spacers would best sourced from Suzuki. If you wish to try All Balls the kit number is 28-1102.

Genuine Bearing number 09263-17027 (x2)
Genuine Spacer number 61251-40200 (x2)

G'day kiwi215,
my allballs kit did not come with outer bushes. Just needle bearings, inner bushes and end caps. They only lasted 3 rides and seized. 2nd ride was very muddy with a high pressure wash before 3rd ride. Why they didn't include the outer bush is beyond me for the price. I purchased genuine suzuki swingarm axle, needle bearings, inner bushes, outer bushes [used the allballs end-caps] for  $89. from
"parts pit stop.com" in the U.S. A brand new genuine ignition coil was $69. Postage was about $50 - much better than "bike bandit.com" who wanted about $130 postage. Check them out, there are still heaps of genuine parts available for the old RM's there.
Cheers Kitakitsune.
