Haven't had time to do any work on it due to several things, injuries and moving house.  About to rebuild the motor again as, the thread on the flywheel is shot, so taking the crank out and replacing with a recon one.  It has run for 1minute, but thought better of taking it for a ride.  Hopefully will remove the motor from the frame next week and have it up and going by the end of Feb.  yeah i know only dreaming.  maybe you can help, the beast has amazing compression is there any way of fitting a decompression device such as the husky's by placing another spark plug outlet in it.  Your thoughts?

Too much compression?
KTM come with about 5 different thicknesses for base gaskets. When you pull her down you need to check the clearance from the top of the barrel to the top of the piston at TDC I think it's about 1.2 mm but check. My new 250 I bought was the other way had a too thick base gasket.
Darryl Lewis has a new 390 pipe that makes them nicer to ride plus it looks heaps better than stock.
