That looks too big for me RM?....maybe it was the wide angle lense?

You just need to bore it out a bit,
about 4 times it's current size

I’m afraid that’s not in keeping with GMC company policy.
A full investigation has been undertaken to find out what went wrong.
It seems there was a communication breakdown between the sales team, the manufacturing team and the dispatch officer.
Steps have been undertaken to ensure that correct procedures are enforced to normal standards
I would like to offer my sincere apologies and personally assure you that this will never happen again.
