I think I'll have to put my prices up.

You may be better off with another bottom end if yours has had rust run through it.
Changing the seals and mains would be a waste of time without doing the big end as well.

From what you've been saying though I'm not convinced the crank seals are the problem.
Try taking the flywheel cover off and spraying aerostart behind the flywheel while its running, if it revs up then it will be the seals.
Can't remember everthing you said on the other thread now, but...
If the plug oils up they rarely dry them selves out.
Any crap that came out in the oil would be from the gearbox, nothing to do with the engine
More likely fuel starvation of some sort.
