Should get long term Bandido project fired up tomorrow, what oils do I need in the gearbox/clutch and what spark plugs should I use. Has twin plug head of Montadero?  It`s been a struggle thats not over yet.!  Thanks Birko.

Hi,
What is recommended is 80/90 gear oil in the gearbox and a straight 30wt in the clutch, some people run Castrol MTX in the clutch or ATF/30wt mix.
B8ES in the rear and B9ES in the front is the standard setup and this also has regards to jetting.

Hi Mark,

I use Castrol MTX in the gearbox and clutch - or any of the medium weight modern gearbox oils, such as Silkolene or Belray.

Plugs are B8ES with 20 thou gap. What carby are you using? I have specs for a Mikuni on later model 370 that should be pretty close. Let me know if you need any more info.

Cheers,
Mark
