Fantastic !!!! I only just stumbled on this thread for my first time now ! Where is the bike now? What pipe was used on it?

I have a TS185A engine hiding down the dark corner of the shed, me thinks of dragging it out ;-)

The pipe is the factory "Hop-up" kit pipe. The bike was sold a few years ago, the engine is TS185M with A model clutch and mag covers for the TM look.

the 185A motor's can be made to go well,i raised my exhaust port 1.5mm and took the inlet out to 32mm then matched the exhaust/intake ports out to the edge of the steel liner
.i found old chainsaw files heated to shape them perfect for that job.im yet to split the case for a tm125 close ratio box conversion and match the transfer ports to the cases
