Looking for a TL250 flywheel for an XL350 project, if anyone out there has one they could spare let me know and we can work out a deal.
Cheers, Bell.

TL250 flywheel lighter than xl (seems strange) but true. Then turn it down heaps.

Thanks for the reply James,  will look into 125 and 185 options (unless someone on here can answer if they will work) Heard the XL250 and TL250 both fit and are lighter than stock, hence me request on this forum. If its easy enough could you weigh the 125 for me.
Cheers Bell.

I have at least 1 off each of the XL250 xl350 & TL250 flywheels here and from memory the TL and XL350 are visually the same. The XL250 is the lightest and the one most people use on the 350's. I have seen the XL250 machined down to reduce it's weight but care needs to be taken not to weaken it to much.

Hi Sleepy, Thanks for chipping in, my research (from old posts on this forum) suggests that the XL250 weighs around 2.6kg and the TL250 around 1.85kg but I don't have either on hand to confirm those figures. If you had time to toss them on the scales we would know for sure. I'm after the lightest option but anything lighter than stock is ok.
Cheers, Bell.

xl 350 6.4lbs xl 250 5.4lbs tl 250 4.4lbs....approx..or just remove flywheel and run a total loss ignition...or even better buy an electix world electronic ignition system , it uses the standard honda rotor....first time starter hot or cold and good performance increase..
