That little muffler thingy

Hey Geoff, are you planning on producing these little "Muffler Thingy's" ?

If so, I would like to buy one from you ...

 

I wasn't planning to, just trying to set a muffler up to the right dimensions.

If you can't find a second hand one I could make you one, allow 27.50 including post.
Which model do you need it for?
It would seem all the different models had different lengths & offsets.

I have had another request to make a ‘muffler thingy’ as they are apparently unobtanium so I’m thinking about getting some profile cut.
They will be made from 3/16” – 4.8mm 6061 alloy

I will be making these 2 types and I’m wondering are there any other sizes that are also sought after?



Even for other brands. The more parts I have cut from the sheet the cheaper they become.

Apparently I do, I jigged the 84 KX 250 years back and it seems the same muffler fits 84 - 86 250's

Yes I can make another one if you need.
I never did get any Laser cut as I didn't get any bites to my request.
