just one more thing. I have a short & long version of these pullers, think short was YZ80 [say 80H] anyway, depending on how much crank is sticking out or someone might've shortened the end to [i dunno] clean up a damaged end say, then you just might have to drop a nut or something down the puller hole top make sure it touches crank before running outa thread in the rotor. been caught out by all those tricks.
Worst thing i ever did when i was very young [that won't be right lol] was on my BSA M20, the crank end thread appeared through the side of the 'tin' primary case--so i cut it off [well it was buggering my shoe], found out shortly after that someone had only put one main bearing on that side [the outer one] & it all moved over till the crank pin nut was carving the case out. Loved that old bike, put 'gold star' scramble cams in & revers come mege made out of headlight brackets back to back & she'd do '70' [no, mph-not k's], actually went slower with the 'go fast' cams lol.--had a Mikuni too.
