You have to drop 1'' off the front fork dampers as well as fixing the swingarm to give it 7 "/ 4 ".
Putting  7" Alpina damper rods inside makes this an easy job.

Geez Mick, I had some Alpina damper rods in my possession recently - missed that opportunity ;D ;D ;D ;D
