OK, I have unwrapped the pipe and it is a Circle F one, lovely made pipe and muffler (a shorty so cant be used). Put me down for one Ross, they can be shipped to my workshop if you/we do a bulk order. If he can make longer mufflers that would be a bonus as those shorty's wont pass the 95db limit. It may also be cheaper to not have the stinger pipe welded on, just marked where it goes. let me know, cheers.

thanks Joan - will talk further with him over the next few days,  Scott said he is going to make the stinger a slip on version and because of the impact this has upon mounting is looking at how to mount the pipe better at the front end of the bike.

I can take a pickie of the Circle F pipe/mount if you like with my phone if someone can put it up. I can take a picture of my YZ250A with the PFR pipe and the front mount which uses a genuine common as muck Yamaha mount. The easiest way to hold a longer muffler is to use a clamp that goes around the frame then hooks up to the centre section of the muffler.

Gents - latest from Scott.

I am finally ready to go into production on the OW 12/13 pipes.  I built the prototype to use in a display bike for Legends and Heroes Tour.  The pipes are based on Yamaha specs along with a little modern know-how.  These pipes will be designed for easy fitment and ease of mounting with easily obtainable mounting brackets.  Here are a couple of pics of a real OW and my finished product.  The pipes are 400.00 US and I will need a 200.00 refundable deposit for each pipe requested.  Thanks   Scott

I think he means non-refundable deposit and:

The pipe will be complete with mounting.  I meant to imply that we may use late model parts for the f isolators.  The OW has the same one that is used by the A and B models which are no longer available.  Trying to do this with little or no frame mods.  I don't want to drill holes or weld brackets and you probably don't want to either.
We have designed the pipe to be a two piece   ie. the muffler and rear stinger will be one piece and attach at the rear cone.    It will fit in a box better.   I'll also want the displacements of your order as the 250 and 360 will be slightly different in the cone lengths.....Scott
