I've recently installed a pair on the 495.

I can only echo Popeye's sentiments - they are robust, well engineered shocks and very good value for money.
Which other brand (other than that over-priced, gold-coloured one) can offer the same level of performance and adjustability?

I'm no MX expert, but compared to the stock ITC Ohlins on the Kato they are a bloody revelation.
And, I don't have to disassemble them to change rebound and compression damping.

Highly recommended.
