Ballards have a light pull clutch perch , lever combo , I use them on my bikes they say I think 20 -30% lighter pull and they do make a diffrence.
I lube my cables evey ride that makes a huge diffrence to
one finger pull
.
Or you could go for the after market hydraulic clutch system but they are big bucks.
