It's a later production 'C' with a floating rear brake arm, so no  ;-)  LOL

Whats the dif between B and C forks. Can one fit C forks to an A model and still be pre 78 legal?

C forks have the extended air cap (and internals) thats all.

'A' forks are in line so you would have to change the triple clamps as well I would think otherwise the geometry would be much different because of the 'C' leading axle, but you can not use the 'C' triples due to the legendary rubber mounts ;)
