when you "weberit",make sure you support the actual barrell from underneath,metal strip blocks,allowing the sleeve to drop down through,also good idea when cooling is to place a heavish object (large socket?)on the actual sleeve "top hat" part to make sure it sits still,& does not creep up/out the top,typically was chrome bore originally converted to reborable iron,maybe wickin loctite to stabilize afterwards when it's cooled ,hth,
ps just thinking if the sleeves capable of moving in the barrel sideways methinks theres certainly not enough interference fit so the loctite would be the go
