Yz125c/x carbs
« on: May 07, 2012, 12:05:56 pm »
I'm running a 30mm carb on my 125c with an X  barrell. I was going to try a 32mm, I think the 34mm would be too much, do you reckon the D jetting specs would be a good starting point?

Yes.

FWIW, My X runs a ported C barrel and the X's 34mm carb. It never feels over carbureted - midrange is much stronger than a stock C.

Don't forget the differences in the airbox to carb boot (C vs X). I think you'll need an X one for the 32m carb.
The good thing about telling the truth is that you don't have to remember what you said.
