Forks to suit RM125T

What would my options be for Forks and triples? ie. still evo legal but maybe off a 250 or a later model 125?

The forks off a 125X ,Z or D would be good. Still 38mm but don't rely on air to work properly.

Are they the 'same' as any of the T model forks though? ie. would they still be evo legal?

If the donor bike is fitted with a;
DISC BRAKE
(or)
HAD A LINKAGE REAR SUSPENSION
(or)
WAS WATER COOLED
then the forks would not be EVO legal.
This is one of the reasons that the YZ465 fork/twin leading front end is so sought after.
It’s a big diameter fork that can be improved easily (springs, valving etc) and it has an awesome twin leading brake unit, and most importantly the donor bike was air-cooled, non linkage with drum brakes as original equipment.

What s wrong with using 125T forks ? They were pretty good .

I should have mentioned I have a frame less forks/triples. Just wanted to check what my options were before I started looking

I have forks & triple from RM125X/Z/D going cheap if you want 'em.

Does anyone know if the later 38mm 125 forks are the same as the earlier evo era 250 forks?

Rm 1979 > 1980  are the ones you want due to O/set

are you talking about just the triples Stu, or is the whole setup different?

Not knowing what you have in mind    Rm on a Pe will work fine and opposite...  longer forks has an effect on your handling    From memory Brent J has it all sussed out on a mix and matching triple's to obtain offset. Think there was a thread way back
