Nearly finished a rebuild on a rm250t want to put piggyback shocks on it what lenth should they be.

STD are around 16'' or 407mm

Check your measurement Stew, original is under 400mm about 396/397mm. 407mm would probably still be ok though.
Steve, if you want to get rid of your original 250T shocks let me know.

Stick with standard or a few mm either side. 385mm to 395mm is best.This will change if you change the front end etc. The RMT's get a bit weird after 405mm - even at 405mm I reckon. Stay close to stock.
