All my bikes are post-65 so it is in Twinshock class that I ride.
There is no pre-75 class in Trials. Just Classic class (pre-65) and Twinshock class (pre-87).
There were some monoshock bikes made before 1987, but they are not eligible for Twinshock class. I know that sounds obvious, but not everyone thinks it obvious.
Have you caught up with the rule changes in Trials since we were young?
It is OK now to stop.
Footing whether moving or stationary is 1 point per footing.
Failure (five points) is for:
Crossing the tape
Knocking out a marker
Moving backwards
Crossing your path
Touching the end of the bars on the ground
Both feet on one side of the bike
Taking a hand off the bars while footing
and my favourite:
If the rear wheel goes out the end of a section before the front wheel!
