A friend just picked up a 1981 KDX175 to come to Vinduros.
It is missing the air box lid and cage.
Anyone got a spare?

I tore a muscle in my abdomen lifting the bike onto the workbench.
Gina says I must get a hydraulic work bench.
The Anderson one is expensive.
What do you recommend?

Vinduro / Canberra rider Vinduro place

Canberra rider wanted for Castella Vinduro on last Sunday of this month.
Everything already organised - we just need to get your bike and gear into the trailer.
Go down Saturday, stay overnight in Broadford, ride Sunday and then share driving back to Canberra with my brother and I.
Go 3rd in costs but car is on LPG so fuel cost is low.

Vinduro / Canberran wanted to share for Three Bridges Vinduro

I would like to go to the Three Bridges Vinduro but cannot go alone. Entry cost is $50 plus $22 if you don't have an MA licence.
Need a Canberran to share driving with me. We can share the LPG cost.
We'll take my Magna and I'll pick up you and your bike which will travel in the enclosed trailer.
First to respond has the place.
It would be good if you have a tent.
We will travel down on Saturday 30th May. Stay overnight at the track.
Do the Vinduro on Sunday and the tag team drive back to Canberra on the Sunday night.
The bikes can stay locked in the trailer until Tuesday night when I'll bring it back to your place.

Vinduro / Canberra Enduro track 24th May

I have just been talking to Paul Bink from ATCMCC about the Enduro track he is setting up at Fairbairn Park in Canberra.
He got approval to set up the track this week and has a working bee to get the track in and up and running on 24/5/2009.
Anyone able to assist should give him a call on 0430 500 441.
ACTMCC currently hires out their MX track to Heaven for a nominal fee twice a year.
We should be able to have Vinduros there on the new Enduro track once it is up and running.

I have just been given a twin shock PE175. The frame number starts with 206.
What model is it? The Pure Enduro site doesn't mention 206 frame numbers.

Yamaha / IT400D shock bump stop replacement

The old bump stop has crumbled. I got a replacement.
The spring is off and the preload lock nut loosened.
What do I do now?
