If you want a quality oem style seat cover for a resto bike get the cover from:

I have gone down this path with an Rm500 resto. I bought a cover from vintage Suzuki which looks ok for a chinese/thai cover but the Chamans cover I got from them is an exact replica of the original cover and fits perfect.

Guys, does anyone know who sells seat and tank covers from NZ? I bought a cover for my RM500 from Vintage Suzuki and it doesn't fit. Damon from Goldstar repairs tried a cover from Prime8 racing which also didn't fit. He said there's a supplier in unzed whic makes the correct covers ?

Does the guy actually want to sell the bike? Its gone near 12g a few times and still hasn't made reserve. Never though an Xr600 would be worth that much especially a usa import

the motor is a noticeably stronger but requires better throttle control to avoid arriving at places in excess of the braking capability / traction issues etc

I'll qualify this by stating that I have never ridden one (I have a 400), from what I read, the 500 is quicker by a fair margin but vibrates like a paint mixer!

I rode a WR400 in the 90's and it was a magic bike that is still ingrained in my mind.

Could be a good project. If the 500 goes better than the water cooled WR400 it would fly.

I came across Ken Andersons email address by chance and sent him a message to see if Naturally Free is available on dvd. To my suprise he said the dvd will be released in 4 weeks. And a new poster has been made as well as the sound track and t-shirt. Can't wait i'll be putting my order in soon as it comes out
