Suzuki / 1975 RM125S vs M Pistons
« on: December 02, 2017, 04:54:43 am »
Can someone post the part numbers of Suzuki Pistons and Rings for the '75 RM125S Model Please.
I can only find Part numbers for the M model.
I have a stock piston here that has thinner rings and I'm wondering if the S model came that way.

I live in Canada And I'm not sure the S Model ever made it here.
This is Definitely an M Model with the 28mm Carb.
It looks like a very low hour bike.
Would post a pic if I could figure out how.

Suzuki / 1975 RM125M

I have just bought a 1975 RM125M and would like to know what it would take to convert it to a “S” model?
Is the Hop-Up kit that was available back in the day pretty much the same as what a “S” would have been?
Does anyone have any Hop-Up Parts or “S” parts that they would be willing to sell?

Parting out a 1973 CR250M
I bought it to build a racer from and have decided to go a different route
The frame looks real good I can’t see any cracks or repair work
The engine turns over and is not seized Does have some epoxy on the top by the clutch cover.
Forks are real nice with no rust and don’t appear to be leaking.
Swing-Arm is aftermarket have no idea which brand possibly red Line??
Wheels have rusty spokes
Gas tank is steel not aluminum and has been painted. Doesn’t look to bad on the inside.
I really have no knowledge on the honda stuff as mostly I play with Suzuki’s but will help answering any questions or sending more pics.

Suzuki / RM250C and C2 Fork set up
« on: June 23, 2015, 02:33:20 am »
I have a RM250C2 that I'm setting up for vintage MX.
I have both C and C2 forks and would prefer to use the C forks since I'm pretty short and would like the bike a little lower.
What are you guys doing with the internal set up for these forks
RaceTech has stiffer springs that don't require air but do you still use all the top out springs?
