I had a good look at the triple clamps, in particular the double pinch bolts on the lower clamp. What are they off of?

only a break on the top rear engine mounting in 6 years of races...the cotton is fairly light  #118 kg (262Lbs ?)
with oils and 5 liters of petrol, i run on 50%avg50%unl.
