ok its good someone knows

take a look at the head bolt holes..TM125 are in a square so to speak, the ebay item has them staggered or offset from square...if ya had a TM100 barrel you may be able to work it..bore it to 56mm 125 piston and bolt it onto your 125 bottom end..lot of trouble but technically it could fit a 125 ;)

Just put in a long stud, where the short one is near the exhaust port. Thats all the factory did to make a TM125 into a TM100.
-
Cyclegod, TM100 has the head studs cast in a different pattern to the 125. Externally it appears the same and just a sleeved back bore but it isn't. You'd need to run the 100 barrel to fit the 100 head ;)

I was talking about the crankcase short stud :D, not the single stud that goes in the 125 barrel. Crankcases are the same just a different stud pattern ;D

Glad I bought mine before the rot set in. I scored two of these on eBay a couple of years ago when TM stuff was really cheap, I think I paid about $20 US each for them. Most of the early TM/RM stuff I bought in '05 was cheap and hardly anyone bidding. Now folk expect $375 for a sprocket cover... What IS the world coming to?
