When you dress a bike up like that i would have to question weather the owner has anything to tuck  ;D ;D ;D

I hate Gold paint ! it all stems back to my first bike- a bantam  (1969 at age 10)  the dropkick my old man got it off painted the whole thing gold and it hardly ever ran ! musta pushed it 100 miles   :-[ but the bit that really gets me about this poor old elsinore  is  why not get the tank decal straight - is it really that hard ???

Price is more frightening than the color scheme, they would haveto have used real gold plating, one of those bikes that doesn't really fit in a class and is uncompetitive in any that it would fit in.

This rooms getting harder and harder to please, yep that little Elsinore is plug ugly but there are blokes on here with uglier and worse presented bikes. In retrospect, VMX problably shouldn't have featured the Rockstar Suzuki RM but are you all going to take the piss forever? How many of you got the joke?....Very few, and that was Kens mistake, thinking we were all sophisicated enough to see the irony in his presenting the bloody thing. I guess in a world that's becoming more beige and conservative as the years move on you'd be satisfied with 90 pages of safe bland white/yellow/red plastic pre 90 stockers. If that's the case, we won't need VMX magazine, we'll get all the info and entertainment we need from the brochures we keep in a shoe box under the bed next to the dog eared copies of Hustler. As much as that little multi coloured Elsinore, the Rockstar Suzuki and even Hodakas and DT1 Yamaha's might not fit into what you want to see in the magazine, (or at the race track for that matter) there are many others who are glad to see the variety, whether it be good, bad or even ugly. Narrowness in attitude towards life and society, not just dirt bikes really shits me no end.

*It's 0nly 10.20 and it's already 38 degrees, this heat has me riled up and I've got a 4 hour drive in the stinkin' fluckin' heat ahead of me.. >:( >:(

Hey Mark, if Ken can take the piss then why cant we?......and on another point....do we really need to see shitboxes like the puckstar RM when there are 1,000,s of cool bikes and stories out there that we havent seen....christ, how much cool euro stuff have we not seen?.....why inflate a septic tanks ego when really he was taking the piss?....I bet old mate wont be happy when it gets pointed out.....might have another Sandy Hook masacre on our hands in Sydney soon.....I know it's been 7 years Mark, but maybe this year? ;D

I totally agree with marks comments, the honda is a clean looking bike, the choice of colour is not to everybody taste, you only need to visit a classic scramble club meeting to see the shit boxes that riders call bikes,  and others put a lot in there presentation, each to there own. people are quick to judge.

Grumpy and proud of it and a New South Welshman and even prouder. 2013 is the year it all turns wonderful my little Kiwi friend. The NSW Blues will win the State of Origin, my beloved South Sydney Wabbits will win the premiership and the team that define the very word frustration, the Waratahs will win the Super 14. The Wallabies will win the Bledisloe Cup, the Rugby Championships and beat the British Lions and I'll beat Jimmy and Matcho Mick at a Nepean dirt track by years end.

Hallelujah to aircon in cars for my drive up to Taree this arvo. Stopping for a swim and drink at Slakewell Mansions enroute.

Must of Joan, that Waratahs pick is also worthy from inmates of the mental aslyum  ;D
I am booked to come over in July to watch the Lions hand Robbies mob their arses...

PS I thought the Rockstar Suzuki in the latest issue was dead sexy and we need more like that going forward-but remember I am a fan of those satanic Pre 85/90 bikes......

Maybe its too many nights inhaling Maico and DT1 fumes that have made him delusional???

He has as much chance of those results happening as I have of flying to the moon....

Get it right, it was a Pluto Pup (or Dagwood Dog, depending on your postcode), you've got a good memory ;D. We'll see how things roll with the rugby. With Sonny Bill gone and with Richie and the Carter the kicker bloke over the hill, there's much of their standard left in All Blackville. We've now got the two form #7s in the game in Pocock and Hooper, harping back to those pre Richie days when we also had the two best #7s in Waugh and Smith. Things go round and round and round. Remember we had 12 players on the sick list nearly all of last season which gave us the opportunity to blood the newbies. If Pocock wasn't hurt we wouldn't have found Hooper for ages, if ever. The Tahs have my old Randwick mate Michael Cheika coaching them which will sort the bludgers quicksmart. You wait, you cynical bastards ;).

Nothing, I like them, I like all eras of old bikes* but you'd get pretty sick of a mag full of them issue after issue after issue.....all bog  stock. I'd rather read Womans Weekly, at least it's got bra and panty ads to keep my 'interest' up.

*AJ and I are currently assembling bits to build the trickest 125 Yamaha Evo bike the universe will ever know! We're doing it because it's an engine capacity and class neither of us are usually associated with.....a challenge. How many Pre 85 or Evo punters would even think of building and racing a pre 65 Triumph?....I thought so, none of you. ::)

Jeez Joan, don't push 'em too far 'cause as sure as shit as soon as they win something ( the Wallas or the Roaches) they'll be at us for all money. :D :D

Uncle Firko have you ever thought about taking over public relations for Lance Armstrong?
Your spin doctoring re the Wobblies and Waratarts is a sight to behold.
Bazza I can sense another t-shirt heading your way in 2013.....

And yes you"re right I have zero interest in building up a pre 65 bike but each to their own,I don't judge Rosco for his love of women's undies or Marc.coms interest in crappy old Australia cars...

Some standouts are good some totally off.
You need the bad ones to make the good ones stand out.
Same as you need the slow guys to make the fast Guys fast :)
