Title: Marty Moates at Amaroo Park 1983?

There were a lot of international riders there that day, from memory they came out to do a supercross at the Sydney Showground and then raced at Amaroo the following day or weekend.

Jeez I miss that great old track, so much of our motocross history was written in that dusty valley. Let's also remember that it was the venue for Australia's first vintage motocross meeting too ;).

The meeting was in 1988. Old Ray Price was the track curator at the time and Terry ( ?can't remember his last name) took over after him.

too true- though they are from vmxrider ;) still amazed at the compression on the white bike..kind of glad we dont have triples anymore :P cheers
