Hey guys. After going through well over 1500 pics (thanks to my wife Diana :) ), I have selected a handful to throw in a folder for your viewing pleasure.
If you send me your name and race number (and class) , I can go through what I have and see if there are any for you.
It was a great weekend and very well organised. Well done to all. (including Greg and CARL ... lol) :D

yep i was camping straight across from hardo too...i was the quiet shy bloke :D who owned the white 4wd hilux and rode the big cr500 honda number 810!!! gee ive gotta say this man i had a bloody top weekend thanks too holmesy

I bailed out of the hire car Sunday morning,on the way into CD8 cause I spotted those plates and dropped into say "Gidday from WA"..yep nice Holden ;D

Yep thats him..Hangin outside of Magoo's bar Saturday Night CD8 with his lady,,looked straight out of a part of "Man from Snowy River" with their Dryz-Bone and Acrubra Hats.Top Couple..Would of made another great shot the two of them. 8)

see if she got any on saturday number 25 orange TT500 and white DR500 it was a bit wet to take many pics.
I'm wearing geen plastic paints like you go trout fishing in ;D NZ style
I would make a offer on the holden but seen it on friday night needing a jumpee start :o I herd some one left the wireless on :)

yep thats me wearing the hot pink and black wulf nylons on the sunday .... the girlfriend absolutely luvs those pics mrs hardo thanks for taking them... can u believe it that was the the first time i wore those race pants in about 15 years...the other ones i wore the day before were just covered in mud and stunk... ;D

Mick ! I found a few of you and your super sweet TT500..... problem is that it was when we were washing our bikes Saturday arvo... :D
Here they are, including one I found of Mark and his RM125 A #522...(in background) he tells me it was the first race he entered in over 30 years!! :o :o That in itself is an awesome effort... ;D ;D

No number 43 is The HARDMAN. But young Carl Ringo was riding Sean's bike in the 16-39 yrs pre 78. I was riding the Husky #90. Spoke to you and Diana outside the hall when i was washing my bikes prior to the presentation and meal.
Montynut have a look at the Canberra photos, Pop took some nice photos of you on the back wheel.
Damo, still uploading more photos so call back tomorrow and there is more of you in your white gear. Once again a great ride in such slippery conditions, you made it look easy.

Ol' Snowy was remarkably subdued, Alison - in fact, I saw him from the ground, more often than I saw him on the ground, which is unheard of!
There's a couple of good photos of him almost crashing his Husky 125 in Hardo's gallery.

Hold on, I wasn't there, how am I supposed to know? ::) I've never seen moderns at vintage meeting before. Not sure if I think it's a good idea either but nothing surprises me any more :'(.

What is he doing on this bike at this meeting? I`ll tell you. This kid is 14 or 15 yrs old. He is the brother of # 8, the son of # 90 and the grandson of the older guy in the photos above his.This kid`s family are amongst the biggest doer`s in our club.I`m pretty sure that if the young lad doesn`t get to ride this family will go elsewhere.He is prepping a couple of vintage bikes at the moment to ride in Heaven when he turns 16. Heaven rules allow juniors to ride moderns or vmx. Agree with the last sentence or not but Heaven never struggle for lack of numbers.
Have a close look at the grin on the face of #8 on the Husky. This is the young bloke i challenged you ( in another post ) to tell him he doesn`t deserve a place in VMX because he is under 30.
What are you apologising for Mick25, If one had been to a Heaven meet in the last 2 yrs he would have seen him on that same bike.

Why do we keep covering this issue over and over this must be 4-5 times that I know of. The Heaven Club allows juniors to ride moderns in their races get over it ::). Heaven allows juniors get over it ::). There has never, to my knowledge, been anyone seriously suggest we leave the juniors out. This is the way the majority of club members accept and also welcome the family atmosphere it provides 8).
We also allow all riders access to moderns during our practice days :o get over it. This is how Heaven operates it works for us ;D

Hold on fellas, don't jump down my throat, I merely asked a question to which I genuinely didn't know the answer. The last thing I need in my life right now is yet another HEAVEN slanging match so don't be so bloody sensitive ;D.
If HEAVEN members wish to include modern juniors in its program that's fine by me because I'm not a HEAVEN member and what I think doesn't really matter. I suppose if I'd attended a HEAVEN event in recent years I'd have known that.

"Maybe I'm missing something" implies that you see a problem with the modern bike being there, and clouds the perfectly reasonable question that follows.
While the club is a long way from perfect, the "Juniors on moderns" thing is a positive that's very widely accepted by the members.

With utmost respect Nathan please don't read stuff I didn't imply into my statement. I genuinely didn't know what the modern was doing there, I mean't no drama other than to seek and answer to my curiosity. I've long ago stopped offering opinions on HEAVENs business because every fuc*ing time I end up the bad guy. I seriously don't care whether HEAVEN includes moderns or not....as I said, I'm not a member so it's none of my concern.
What does concern me though is every second member jumping on my case for asking a simple question. Lighten up for fu#k sake, the lot of you. ::)

Just so everybody doesn,t think juniors are all on moderns at heaven meetings my boy is still grinning about riding his 82cr80 @ canowindra all weekend. He also owns a2010 ktm 65 which he is currently running in the mt kembla pointscore
(2nd 1 round to go) but he rates heaven higher because he gets about five times the amount of time on the track in a weekend there have been many arguments over the for and against of juniors at heaven, but I am very glad to see them when the option is aback to back race on a pre75bike I dont want to start or stop any arguments on this matter but I just want people to know that they and their children (12 &over) are welcome to ride at heaven and its heaps of fun.
