That looks like a bike in need of a mud puddle...... ;)

Bit of mud on the tyres now , out on a test run today.  ;D
Plenty of power / torque  but  smooth delivery for  a big 500 .

Bike ran clean  on the jetting I had decided on :
400 main (down from 440 that was found  fitted )
  50 pilot
  #2.5 slide
7DH3 needle  set at second clip from top (was set  on top clip  by prev owner )

Decomp valve is money well spent , makes starting  so much easier .

 Regards ,
                         Steve

Looks great. I run a 60 pilot on my 500. Heaps of fuel makes them easier to start - particularly when hot. Enjoy your ten fins of fury..... or is that only the 82.5 model ;D

Nice effort, they almost look too good to go and get dirty at this point.

I said almost!

Definitely looks the goods!

How have you found the bit stand?

Which one is it? Ebay find?

Nice resto work on my second favourite model Husky. They're a great bike....very underrated in my opinion.

 Hi Tim ,
you are asking about the bike stand ?.

Purchased  from Ballards  ; cost about $189  ; works fine .
Good thing  to have in the shed

 Regards ,
