That is grouse!!!  I wanted to build a 250B but the 125 came along.  What sort of shocks you going to get?  I'll need shocks too, I can't justify blowing big money on real good units; I may have to give a set of elcheapo Progressive shocks a go until I can scrape up the cash for some good ones.

yes shocks are an issue John, I could spend a fortune on them but it still wont make any difference to where i finish...at the back of the field. some research needs to be done as to what will represent good value for money.

Looks great Nipper. How does it go? Has to one of the best pre-78 motors around.
Spend what you can on shocks. If it doesn't improve your track position there is always your back to consider.

Out of interest, how (& where) did you procure the Pro-Form pipe/muffler combination.

You can buy Proform pipes and mufflers from Les Richter at VMX Unlimited.  Website here: http://www.vmxunlimited.com/

Can thoroughly recomend a Geoff Morris pipe  :)

Fitted straight on and the bike runs better across the range  :)

Hi thanks for that  :) yes i like my green too and even a little bit of red in the shed  ;D That is a n RM125B fitted with aftermaket yellow fork skins . The 1983 RM D range came with the fork legs painted yellow from factory . They also have a lug with a hole in it, cast into the brake side fork leg to support the outer front brake cable , as the bottom 600mm of inner cable runs exposed .

Thanks for the feedback with the bike.I havent ridden it yet ,only run it in the shed and it  sounds great. Hey Bahnzy Simo hit the nail right on the head the pipe and muffler comes from Les Richters at VMX unlimited, realyy impressed with his service for all the parts I have purchased from him. The shocks I will spend as much as I can afford "works" seem like a good reliable brand ,but I will also contact Walter as he is not too far from where I live see what he has available too. TM Bill that is a real sweet looking pipe some great work has gone into the manufacture of that baby !
And where did you get the stickers for the TM 125 suzuki ? I reckon that "works " look is fantastic. I want to tart up my TM 125 and a new set of stickers would be just the ticket.
