IT 250 Clutch actuator arm

Can someone point me to a site for a free parts manual or exploded views of the RH case and how the clutch actuator arm is retained. Have a friends bike were the whole assembly is poping out from the case.

Try,
www.nwvcp.com
Go through and use the drop downs to find your bike and all you need will be revealed. They are highly recommended if you can't source parts locally too.

Cheers

1981 and later the return spring holds it in , if the crankcase has chain damage around the seal lip u may have to make up something like a piece of alum bent to go over the top of the arm and fix it to the sproket cover bolt , also if the part of the actuator that contacts the pushrod is bent the wrong way it can act as a wedge and try to push the thing up when it takes the load , pre 81  has a steped screw that engages in a slot in the act. shaft

This sounds exaclty like what is going on. I was puzzled that there was no obvious physical means of holding it in other than the spring.
Thanks.

The clutch cable has a Retainer clip that hooks into the case and keeps it close to the case.

This used to be the best site for online parts viewing till they stuffed with it.
Still pretty handy though
