OK Ji,

I've been over at the Yamaha parts catalog.  It says even though the kick shaft is different for the 465H, 250H and 490K the nut is the same thing.  Are you asking for part number 90179-12244-00 ?
A bit odd that I have got 2 in the last few months.  I'm just not that lucky to have bought 2 of the last 3 in existence.

4 available here at $3 something.  There postage is always very cheap and on your doorstep in 10 days for sure.  You may have to take pot luck on wether it is silver colour plated or black.

I will give some of that Maori loctite ago.

I don't know what it is, it just sounds funny.

I went to Gaythorne Yamaha today and asked another sales person to see if they can get that nut.
Yes they can for only $7.00.
Pam must have been on something when I asked.

Two nuts are now on their way.
