whats wrong with you people,i live in a town ravished by bush fire which we are still coming to grips with.With the help from Dawn Baker,Viper and the Bluerock MCC my son is back enjoying racing.We are so looking foward to coming to QLD even if they are only three lap races.Lets help these clubs that put on these events as they are doing it for you the rider.

old bodies on  old bikes, 3 laps is sufficient .

I thought it was about the bikes, not the riders ???. If it's about taking in the scenery, I thought that was what's done at Classic Dirt. ???
Three laps is crap. At any level......

Without meaning to sound rude, why don't we all just have another cup of shut the fuk up and just ride the event ::) if there's a problem with 3 laps then after the event raise the issue with the appropriate people or governing body. I'm feeling really sorry for the guys putting in all the hard yards for this event only to have this whining and complaining. The footpeg issue as well as the then 'new undesirable' noise restraints were put in place before the Coffs and Tassie events and both of these events went off like a house on fire. I know for sure the Coffs event was staged with 3 lap races and the track is a heck of a lot shorter than Conondale but guess what..after the meeting was over I think there was something like 14 pages of positive feedback on this forum!! 3 laps works well..I bet after the event no one will be whining about the length of the races you just mark my words and don't you worry about that!  ;)

the club put together a meet - you decided through the entry form to ride under the conditions as set out.  Don't start complaining about them after you have agreed to ride.  Also spare some consideration for the guys organising it - they can't and shouldn't have to explain each and ever decision they make as to why they are running a meet the way they are.  Dare I say it that maybe the fact we cover all the way up to pre 85 now means either more days or shorter races to make sure all classes get covered - remember the thread about maybe splitting the eras because they are becoming so big!  Like Wasp - I shall go and catch up and pester other people between my races and I am thankful for that (although maybe the people I will be visiting might not be  ;D)

Slightly off the topic but, I'm not going to ride at this event but did want to come and spectate and camp over for at least one night. As this is a three day event, is racing on all three days and are they Fri, Sat and Sunday? Could someone please clarify.

The website says Competitors and their immediate family only. Are you (vmx247) saying if I (spectator only) roll up on the Thurs night or early Fri morn I may be allocated a camp site (first in first served)?

some people are still looking for swingers
Walter i suggest the following;
1. Locate the nearest assylum to Connondale and offer a weekend escape package with the proviso that they chair a ride
(or)
2. Have the owner/steerer offer a free frontal lobotomy as part of a sponship package.
And maybe then you might find a few extra passengers.

I watched you and a couple of your lunatic mates attack Drunks Hill at Connondale in what was a meant to be a non-competitive environment and it only re-inforced the fact that you are all mad (or very smart)  ;)
