Give them a call and they can give you the details but basically send frame by post to their guy at US yard with all details on frame and it will be packed and sent in next container.

Some things have changed so do your homework, peter Leahy now has a MIN... charge of $100 ( wanted to bring a motor IN) plus add in you customs, quarentee inspection fee etc and your out to around the $300 mark even for just a motor.    Plus if its a bike with no title you need and should be getting it brought down into parts.   

I have found posting everything but the motor and frame to be the cheapest way so far, but as per above the new min....  makes me think its time to find alternative options

Update ,  Poor old girl has been waiting patiently for it's turn, so today I added the foot brake along with cable guide and spring return and added a pedal adjuster for good measure .
Brake pedal is off a Rm 125 along with foot pegs from same year ???  possible 1984

that's one heck of a return spring you have there Stew..heavy foot eh..'84 RM125 pedal is it? Guess this means you'll be entering pre'85 cause I'll protest it if you beat me  :D :D :D lookin' bloody good though for a dirty ol' TS frame ;)

you would get good response through it, looks like exhaust spring PE style they dont have a stack of tention in them.

This project  has been sitting in the corner for at least 4 months patiently waiting my attention ::)   Too fuggin cold to work so decided it was time to fire up me welder along with grinder.

I was not happy with the way it was looking ( ugly TS down tube ) . What the heck there  are plenty of TS  frames out there ;D
Fisrt up I cut out the complete down tube about 40 mm down from seat rails and 55mm above pivot point

Bent up 2 new rails allowing for a Rm 125 b air box ......     re- used old engine mounts - just put a cut thru the centre to close them up as I have used 19mm OD x 2mmm tube ....suzuki had 22 x 2   
 Still undecided if I should gusset my weld or brace it.

Engine cases  are Ts 250 that have also had the Oldfart treatment ( more on that latter )

Looks good Oldfart but know before pics. Did you brace the frame before you cut the down tube out. jimson

Jimson,   Braced by tacking to bench along with a couple of stays each side with swing arm in.

I'm sure I created a thread way back  along with my ramblings on how this all started.

Below is the frame before I started , next is seat mount along with rear loop mod.
