Hirch tanksealer in oiltank
« on: March 09, 2009, 10:38:06 pm »
I just bought a Hirsch tanksealerkit for fueltank. I intend to use it in a oiltank I just made to make sure none of the welds will start leaking. It appears to be leakfree now but I want to be 100% sure.
Have anyone used this in oiltanks before? It should be ok since it can cope with both gasoline, pre-mix and diesel??

Thanks

Fwiw
I sell industrial hoses and Diesel is the most difficult of the commom hydrocarbonss to find a product thats compatible with it that will have any longevity.
If the product says okay for diesel then  oil will be fine.
