A GCR Question

A GCR Question.

All Pre 75, meaning pre 60's, pre 65's and pre 70's as well as the pre 75's, are governed by the rule that states all forks are to be 35mm or less and have travel of 178mm or less?

Pre 78 are allowed 38mm or less and 229mm or less of travel?

There are some over 35mm forks that are legal, for instance 38mm Ceriani and 41mm Rickman. As long as they have 7" (178mm) of travel and were made prior to Dec 31 1975, the diameter isn't relevent.
