G'day Stu,  sorry mate i was refering to your earlier post when you were considering which way to go. take the misses out and buy her some new shoes and tupperware (they love that stuff, mine has every known container in the world) and then tell her you reckon you will keep the 500 as an investment, job done.

I have a 2005 300exc and i have tried the springs, they do make a very noticable difference, i prefer the standard one as i only use mine as a trail bike. the light spring makes it like a 125 to me and the heavy spring would be great for those muddy days of yesteryear (hopefully they will come back).

Hey Guys looks like I might have to pull the motor out of the 500 to weld the frame. Why me??

But still,

"Oh luv I gotta pull the motor out of the 500  to fix the frame before I can sell it. Why me?"

And by the time its fixed.

" Look the old girl just aint woth that much anymore luv  I better just keep it, it owes me too much."

Wicked ;D

I had my KX 125 registered in 87, they did it new at the shop, allthough I bought it home for the weekend to fit the lights up. That was the hardest weekend ever. Having a brand new bike but not being able to ride it as it had to be brand new when it went in for rego.

Nice horn .  . .  ;D

i love how the rego dept consider them OK, but other proper fittings or parts they consider dangerous or defectable.

what a silly system we have.

Ahh well beats hardwiring one
