G`day gents,
just went for a drive to have a look at the Parwin track and there were a few keen people out there riding in this shit weather, brave people.

I won`t be heading out tomorrow as i think it might end up being 1% good fun and 99% WTF are we doing out here, even the Bacchus Marsh track has cracks across the jumps and looks in a pretty sad state to ride on. We need some rain real soon.   Peter.

We usually go riding in the evening and finish up at 9pm,
but Sunday morning 7.30am (ahh no sleep in :( ) ,saw us heading out the track for boy child.
Finished hanging a few doors on the club rooms and other jobs,,jumped in the old opencut coal mine for a much needed swim at 11.30am,packed up,Subways for lunch  :P and home by 1pm to lounge out all arvo.  :P
Best day out for a long time.......early to rise......... ;D
my two bobs worth.
cheers alison

Hilly,
You maybe able to see the pumpintake with the bluedrum float on it, next to the track. The two in the middle are ski boats.
We have a megga sprinkler set up.  :o
So yep, we can use as much as we like.
The other coal mines are dewatering and it ends up in the there.
Not being prejudice, but its the best set up I've ever seen.
How do you water your track  ???
ps: also hoping this gets you excited/keen on gong for a ride on the weekend.  ;)

Wonthaggi and Frankston have small dams to water as much as possible ,last weeks practice day cancelled due to weather and to conserve water and i didnt see any water at Parwan just red dust . Having a huge supply of water for free is a big bonus in Oz.
