Just had these 4 pipes done by high octane performance coatings, they were all "New" before they were coated as apparently they wont do used 2 stroke pipes, $170 each for the silver and $210 for the black , stunning results but damned expensive!

what about if you burn the inside out of old 2T pipes first? will they do them then? ive done that before and it gets them back to bare clean metal and no oil at all. creates shit loads of smoke though

What is the black coating? Looks good.
I was told that they refuse to coat an old pipe as it will contaminate the solution/product used to coat it ,so they wont risk a second hand pipe no matter how clean.

The black is a second process , it can't be done without the CeramaKrome going on first, it is then given a coat of satin black "color-guard".
