thanks Mick. I'll find the local bike wrecker for the stuff needed.
That website looks like it's in Victoria, any info about the Vinduro scene in NSW?

Yes there is some info on NSW vinduro's in here somewhere, i think they are doing same as Victoria next year with 4 events, i just hope this time NSW boys dont run there event on the same day as Castella again  ;D since Castella was on the same weekend the year before.

I dont have the time right this min to look through here, but if you go through some of the pages you will find the Rockley Vinduro ,,,I think that is how you spell it,,,anyway post in there when you find it and i see how you go.

But as for your bike mate, like i said if it has a light and tail light then your in, you will be riding on private property so no rego of any kind needed, just turn up and pay around $50.00 for the day and have fun, i also rode a DT 175 in the last Vinduro, but next one im hoping to have my IT 175 up and running  :)

Cheers Mick.

??? No news of any vinduros for WA? I've heard there's a couple of new VMX tracks down dsouth on land that could be also used for Vinduros. Any interest out there ... perhaps as an annex to VMXWA?

Just got this from Drakie....
Hi all,
Dates for next year - pencil them in;
(Possibly March 8th - Benalla), April 11th - Broadford,  May 31st - Euroa/Gisborne (TBA), July 26th - Alexandra, Sept 27th -Murrindindi.
Steve's Castella becomes Murrindindi and Des' Black Duck becomes Alexandra, both due to land closures.

A big thanks to Tim Grech for the latest TRAILZONE article on the Black Duck, and again to Raechelle for the Castella shots,
Drakie.

& then followed up with this....
 Hi again troops,
I've just been told there is already a Vinduro happening March 8th for Yamaha ITs only at Jugiong. See the Yamaha IT web site.

We will try another date,
Cheers,
D.

Pencil in a NSW Vinduro for Early May 2009.

Location and date to be determined.

Probably the only one we will run in NSW in 2009 due to the number of other events available for consumers ,another good year coming up for the vintage enthuiast EG ,MA Broadford ,  classic dirt , VMX Nats , ( Vic, vinduro's, we want to go down to Vic. for a ride) , Heaven know's how many events Heaven will stage(excuse the pun).

This is in NSW and is not open to all riders, so if another date can't be found I can't see why a Vic Vinduro open to all makes shouldn't take place on this date. Of course, if another date can be found then that is good news for everyone.

Oh, I'm not trying to offend any IT owners out there either  ;).
