Hi Guys,
Have mentioned this before in a previous thread, but.....
The cases between the 100/125 C, N, & T are externally the same. Even to the point where the stroke for the 100 and 125 are cast into the l/h case, however the cases are completely different and not interchangeable. The 125 has a larger area for the crank than the 100, and vice versa. If you put a 100 crank in 125 cases there will be a gap of approx 5mm between the crank and the case. The other way around and the 125 crank will not fit into the 100 case. Gearbox etc is the same though.
Learnt the hard (and costly) way!!!

My mistake I didn't think they went square until much later. So the 125 cylinder is 4 mm longer, I think your only alternative is to find a 100 cylinder.If you measured the port openings from the top of the cylinder I could tell if machining 4mm off the top(maybe the bottom, maybe 2mm from either side) is a possiblity.
