My claims to fame

Racing Anthony Gunter's brother here in Darwin (TM125 v BMW450), does that make me fast by association?

On my TM125 at CD7 I chased Dave Tanner for a few laps on his RH250, I didn't pass him but didn't fall too far behind. Truth is I don't think he knew I was there!

At the QLD vintage titles this year I led a 125 championship race for 4 of 5 laps. Unfortunaltely none of those laps were the last one.

Two years ago I beat my mate Muz in a barrel race. It was the first time I'd beaten him in ANY motorcycle event in nearly 40 years

Unfortunately, it was in an off road race and it was 10 years ago........

If I may use "beaten" instead of "passed"---I beat Kirk Hutton at Dargle Thumper Nats some years ago-----at table tennis back at the motel.

Ah-haaah ! I beat Gregg Hansford and Warren Willing during the Marlboro Series round at Gracefield, Wellington in 1974.. ..but it was on the pool table at the Grove Motel, Lower Hutt...
